These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOTHING US Store and purchases made from SOTHING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("SOTHING," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

About the Store

The Store is operated by SOTHING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, GOOD HOPE BLDG, 612–618 NATHAN ROAD, MONGKOK, KL, HONG KONG SAR. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. These Terms apply to Store orders; purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer's checkout and applicable policies.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

Products and product information

We aim to present products, colors, bundles, specifications and availability accurately. Screen colors, lifestyle photography and visual effects may not reproduce the physical product exactly. Only items identified in the selected package list are included. Product instructions, the rating label and safety notices must be followed.

Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt electronically, but an order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfillment. We may ask for additional information or cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, the delivery address is unsupported, a pricing or product error is identified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Please review the product, power version, quantity, address and contact information before placing an order. Contact us immediately about an error. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or address change after fulfillment begins.

Prices, taxes and promotions

US Store prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts and optional paid delivery services are confirmed at checkout. Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing and combination rules. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Payment

Payment methods currently available appear at checkout and are processed by Shopify Payments or another displayed provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may use fraud-prevention checks and may decline or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping coverage, processing, delivery estimates, tracking and delivery issues are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier conditions, inventory, address issues and events outside reasonable control can affect delivery.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Eligible Store returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Product quality warranty claims are governed by our Warranty policy. These policies form part of these Terms and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Store to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or access systems without authorization, submit false information, impersonate another person, or make fraudulent purchases or claims. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Store, customers or our rights.

Intellectual property

The Store and its text, graphics, product images, videos, logos, software and design are owned by or licensed to SOTHING and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store for personal shopping and information. No other license is granted without written permission.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, question, photograph or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the Store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Use in a separately paid endorsement or campaign may require a separate creator or content agreement. We may moderate content that violates these Terms without changing the substance of a genuine customer opinion.

Third-party services and links

The Store may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. A link does not mean we control or endorse every statement on the linked site.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SOTHING is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Store or products contrary to supplied instructions, an incompatible electrical supply, unauthorized modification or third-party services.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Store, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms.

Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by laws applicable to SOTHING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction unless another process is required by applicable law.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for operational, legal or security reasons. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
